After building and selling two successful startups in Belgium, Stéphanie moved to Ibiza in 2024 to create a slower, more meaningful life connected to the sea. Spending more and more time on the water, she discovered a different side of the island — hidden coves, turquoise bays, peaceful anchorages, and unforgettable sunsets.

At the same time, through her sailing retreat project We Come From The Stars, she developed a strong network of trusted captains, boats, and local partners. Friends and guests began asking her to help organize their perfect day at sea — and naturally, Day Boat Ibiza was born.

Today, Stéphanie works closely with carefully selected boat owners and captains across Ibiza and Formentera, offering a personal, local, and curated alternative to large booking platforms.
